Emergencies
If there is a fire, an injury, a flood that threatens people or a gas smell, call 911 first. For a gas smell, leave the building and call SoCalGas at 1-800-427-2200 or 911 from outside. Our line is for plumbing, and it is not a replacement for emergency services.
How the service works
When you call, we take your address and a description of the problem and pass the job to a licensed plumber. The work is performed by licensed plumbers. Same-day appointments are offered when available, and we do not promise a specific arrival time, since it depends on the job and the hour.
Price
The price is agreed with you before work starts. The plumber explains the job and the cost, and no work begins until you say yes. If the job changes once the work is open, the plumber explains the change and the new price, and you decide again.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call, you accept that recording as described in our privacy policy.
Landlords, tenants and property managers
If you rent, the person who approves a repair is often your landlord or property manager. Tell them about the problem in writing, and make sure the person who agrees to the price has the authority to do so. We deal with the person who calls and the address given.
Using the website
